I am Callisto or Calli for short, an mexican artist and writer who has been creating art for most of my life!
I really enjoy culture and biology specifically animals, most of my work shows this as I often really enjoy making one off designs or fanart of whatever I am personally interested in
I do create orginal content, but I am very picky about showing it off though I have a larger track record of doing fanart for franchises that I am grossly fixated on
Most of my work is digital, but I am fully capable of doing multimedia and I am always eager to develop other skills!! I do hope in the future to grow at these skills and showcase them more!

I DO NOT ACCEPT REFUNDS AND WOULD PREFER YOU COME AND TALK TO ME IF ANY PROBLEM OCCURS DURING THE ART PROCESS. FORCING A CHARGEBACK WILL RESULT IN A PERMANENT BLOCK AND YOU WILL BE UNABLE TO GET ANY FURTHER WORK.
I RESERVE THE RIGHT TO POST YOUR FINISHED COMMISSION TO MY SOCIALS UNLESS SPECIFICALLY ASKED NOT TO.

VOUCHERS/ART AS PAYMENT
I have a list of artists who take all sorts of payments, and if you do not take Cash app or Paypal you can commission the equal amount to one of the artists or several, if you want to do this method, DM about which payments you do I will look through my list of artists I want to commission
when we go through this route, I need confirmed payment statements showing that you paid the artist (So you act a middle man) and then the character you want will be put on hold till the artist/artists have done all the artwork for me! IF they end up ghosting you, for more than 6 MONTHS without any messages, I will give over the design regardless since even though I did not get my art, you still payed that artist
When commissioning an artist, PLEASE DM! DO NOT REQUEST ON YOUR OWN, I will write my own response of what I want drawn, and send over the references and you will hand it all over to the artist, additionally I will check in with you, every 2 weeks for any progress

I do not always accecpt art offers, especially when I am looking for more money offers however the following will get my attention (This applies to mix offers that are prioritizing cash): Animation (2D, 3D, Tweened), 3D Modeling, Selfship art, Detailed/Rendered work, Artwork with multiple characters
Often I am going to ask for artwork of my fursona, and due to how simple I view his design to be, if you art style is simple/or you aren't offering rendered work I will ask more art from you, for an example if you want a 30 dollar design, expect me to ask for a couple full bodies for it, I have drawn Callisto so often, I personally do not think he is difficult to most people, so when offering art, keep that in mind, as I'm usually looking for artwork of him, rarely do I like for art for anyone one else, so when you offer art, please offer more work, I will most likely decline headshots of him! So sorry!
Also I will decline offers if I believe you can not draw anthros well enough
DESIGN/CUSTOM TOS
ANY DESIGN BELOW 100 CAN'T HAVE PAYMENT PLANS! Must be given payment within 48 hours.
ANY DESIGN WITHIN 100-300 CAN HAVE PAYMENT PLANS OF UP TO 2 WEEKS.
ANY DESIGN ABOVE 300 CAN HAVE A PAYMENT PLAN OF 2 MONTHS!
I do maximum holds of 1 month (this NEEDS to be discussed in DMS) and if you fail to send payment within the agree amount of time, I will put the design back on sale and talk to any previous potential buyers as a fallback
OWNING A DESIGN TOS
You must ALWAYS credit me for being the creator of design, even if you have made edits or changed the original design.
You may co-own my designs with another person but there may only be ONE profile per character (on toyhouse). Do not make extra profiles! It will clutter my design page!
You may resell, or trade any designs you have purchased!
Do not sell designs for more than you paid unless it includes extra artwork (commissioned, or drawn yourself) that you added, in which case you may add the additional artwork to the price of the sale.
You can sell designs gifted to you and use designs for commercial purposes all that I ask is you credit me properly.
Do NOT commit to buying if you cannot pay. Retracting bids/failing to make payments will lead to blacklisting and reports, I am working part time and do not have the funds to be doing refunds.
Payment plans for designs may be discussed via dm BEFORE offering, but keep in mind up full offers take priority. (EX: If you dm wanting a payment plan of 2 WEEKS while a buyer is offering upfront payment all at once, I am going to value the latter)
You must wait for my okay to send payment. Do NOT send payment without my instruction.
You may not bid on behalf of someone else without asking first and letting me know who you are bidding for.
After any charge backs, or other payment complications (that automatically refund the money to your account) I regain the rights to the design, and reserve the right to resell the design.
Do NOT harass or bother someone who has bought a design. If you do not get it, and are caught harassing or guilting someone over my designs you will be blacklisted.
